The health and safety of our team members, participants, and the community are important to us. For this reason, we are respecting the social distancing recommendation by the government.

 

office hours

Phelps Helps will maintain office hours, from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Monday to Friday.  Phelps team members will remain available by appointment. To schedule an appointment please contact us during business hours. 

 

programs

Spark

  • Weekly Spark Packages will be sent home through the schools, every Thursday.
  • A complimentary explanation video will be posted to the online platforms, in addition to being emailed to parents.
  • Unfortunately we will not be able to accept any new registrations for Spark at this time.

Elementary Tutoring

  • Online Tutoring will be offered to students who have access to devices at home:
    • If they do not, we unfortunately will not be able to offer our services at the current time. If the situation changes, we will modify and adapt as we go. 
    • If they do, the Elementary Level Coordinator will create a weekly schedule based on parent and student availability.  Appointment times will be available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

High School

  • Online Tutoring will be available for students from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. 
  • Participants will be allocated the same time slots each week.

Compass/Youth Engagement and Outreach

  • One-on-one meetings will be held online.
  • Referrals to community services based on availability of services.
