The health and safety of our team members, participants, and the community are important to us. For this reason, we are respecting the public health guidelines. The Phelps Helps office is open with team members available in-person, by phone, email, and through social media.

We are currently respecting the following protocol:

• Physical distancing: whenever possible, a minimum of 2m of social distancing is respected.

• Use of a mask when circulating in the office.

• Hand Hygiene: frequent hand washing before and after touching the face (eyes, nose and mouth), after coughing, sneezing or wiping nose, before and after eating, after handling something that is frequently. Hand sanitizer available throughout the office.

• Respiratory Etiquette: use of single-use tissues, coughing in elbow, washing hands after sneezing, frequent hand washing.

• Frequent cleaning of workspace.

• Exclusion of symptomatic workers from the workplace.
